How does it work?

This complete therapy system works by using temperatures of between -4° and 60° to deliver a bespoke treatment which is highly efficient at speeding up the body’s natural recovery process.

Alternating temperatures

The use of alternating temperatures will induce a feeling of deep relaxation at the same time as bringing on an analgesic (pain relief) and anti-inflammatory response, helping the body to repair damaged, sore or tired muscles.

Deep tissue or sports massage is not always the right treatment for everything as many aches and pains are due to minor soft tissue dysfunction and muscle imbalances.

The effects of this treatment can penetrate deeper and last longer than a regular sports massage but does not have the associated pain and discomfort due to the use of applied temperature rather than the pressure to soften, release and manipulate any deep tissue imbalances.

PTMuscletech tools

Temperature is delivered by using a range of PTMuscletech specifically designed stainless steel manipulative tools, together with heated basalt and cooled marble stones, to isolate and treat strains, sprains, aches, pains, stress and general fatigue throughout the whole body.
